Diverse Slates for Recruiting
While Sara Lee does not support a quota system; we do require that all slates for open positions include diverse candidates (e.g., women and people of color). Providing diverse slates enables us to assess a broad range of candidates for all open positions. This has been implemented for the past 3 years.
